History
Recycling Connections (RCC), founded in 1981 as Intra-State Recycling Corporation (ISRC), is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. In the beginning we provided recycling collection and processing in Portage County, Wisconsin. Since 1992 our activities have focused on recycling and solid waste education and program coordination. In March 2004 we changed our name to Recycling Connections Corporation to better reflect our mission and current activities.
